This LED flatfield panel provides a uniform source of illumination for apertures up to 150mm and produces high-quality flat field frames for astrophotography and photometric captures.
Dimmable Panel:
Unlike other panels on the market, the FlatMaster can adjust its brightness from 0 to 100%. Forget sheets of paper between your telescope and the panel, you can now remotely control the brightness of your panel using the Wifi link. Store the brightness as per each filter and immediately retrieve the value you need again at a later date.
The Flatmaster 150L can go up to very high brightness levels so it can easily support short exposures (2-3 seconds at f/7) with 3nm narrowband imaging filters. Only one USB type B cable is required to provide power and control of your panel.
Manual Operation:
The FlatMaster has a small push button that sets different gradual levels of brightness, in case you would like to manually operate the FlatMaster instead o using the Wifi. Just click the push button to control the brightness.
Wifi & USB control:
The Flatmaster is Wi-Fi enabled, allowing you to control and monitor panel brightness remotely from your mobile phone. In addition to this you can operate it simultaneously with USB or Wi-Fi at he same time, providing flexibility and ease of use for astronomers, all from the convenience of your smartphone.
Once connected to the FlatMaster Wi-Fi hotspot, you can access the control the panel by simply entering “flatmaster.local” into any web browser. This feature is an independently operated system and works seamlessly alongside USB control, such as through Nina or equivalent offering huge flexibility and convenience across a wide range of setups.
