This Explore Scientific polar finder is designed for use with the iEXOS-100 EQ Portable Mount and it allows you to achieve a much more precise polar alignment compared to the standard polar alignment tube - This in turn helps to ensure much better guiding and accuracy, especially for astrophotography at longer focal lengths.
Simply adjust the pole height and azimuth until the constellation markers in the polar viewfinder match the constellations in the sky.
